SHIPPING POLICY

Adventure Up Overland will gladly ship our gear out to you in most cases and locations. Tents and fridges typically require truck freight and higher fees will be incurred. Residential addresses may also increase these fee's. Please call us to discuss the costs and feasibility of these situations. 

 

 

 


RETURN POLICY

Adventure Up Overland can only offer returns on some of our products under the following parameters:

1. The product is unopened and unused (brand new condition)

2. It is within 30 days of purchase 

3. A restocking fee of 20% will apply 

Once we receive your item we will assess and if requirements are met then a full refund (minus shipping and restocking fee) will be issued.

Many items ship directly to the customer from the manufacturer, in such cases, returns may not be possible direct to Adventure Up Overland.

Under all circumstance the customer must assume all responsibility for return freight, sufficient packaging is required to ensure no damage occurs during transport as damage is also the responsibility of the customer and is between the freight company and the customer.

Should any items arrive damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for reporting such issues to the shipping or freight company immediately. Additionally, the customer is responsible for notifying Adventure Up Overland and/or the manufacturer as per their policies (which can be found on the Brand Info pages on our website). Resolution of cases of damaged or defective items will be addressed on a case by case basis and Adventure Up Overland will make no attempt to guarantee refunds or replacements.
